Amgram were asked to act on behalf of an owner who had a boat with performance problems. Despite several attempts it had not been possible to resolve the problems with the original builder and designer.

At the Owners request, Amgram visited the craft overseas to carry out an extensive set of trials. The trials involved investigating speed, handling and manoeuvring. Following the trials process we then prepared a report which was submitted with other evidence in an attempt to settle the issue pre-trial.

This was not possible and so the matter went to High court, involving Amgram Director Paul Graville appearing as an expert witness.

The case was upheld on behalf of the Owner.
