National Museum of the Royal Navy

Amgram are providing marine consultancy support through project managers Artelia to the National Museum of the Royal Navy, during the conversion of HMS Caroline to a floating exhibition ship in Belfast. We got involved in the project in 2009 through an inclining experiment to assess stability, we continue to supply support for stability but we also have involvement in the towing and docking programme. A visit this week in time saw some of the new deck being caulked down, 31st May is the 100th anniversary of the battle of Jutland and that is the completion date for the first phase by which time the ship will look spectacular!
